Mediation is one of the alternative means of dispute resolution, which is to negotiate between the parties to the dispute through a neutral third party, called Mediator, which strives to bring the views of the parties to the dispute closer together. Thanks to Allah, we are able to represent the role of mediator after knowing the parties to the dispute and the type of dispute.

الوساطة هي إحدى الوسائل البديلة في فض الـمنازعات ، والتي تتمثل في التفاوض بين أطراف النزاع من خلال طرف ثالث محايد يسمى الوسيط (Mediator) والذي يسعى جاهدا لتقريب وجهات النظر بين أطراف النزاع ، ونحن نستطيع بفضل الله تمثيل دور الوسيط بعد معرفته لأطراف النزاع ونوع النزاع بين الأطراف ، والتوفيق في ذلك كله من الله تعالى
